Arrival

To relax and fully prepare for your treatment, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment and inform our therapists of any medical conditions, or medications that you are taking.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Please inform us of cancellations or schedule changes as soon as possible. Any Appointments, consisting of 3 or more services, require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or cash. Gratuities accepted and appreciated.

Merchandise Returns

 Unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days for service credit only. All sales items are final.

Children & Infants

 We do our best to make GLOW a place of relaxation and serenity for all of our guests. Due to insurance restrictions, no children are allowed in the spa area. We thank you for your understanding.
